There are many beautiful campgrounds around Lake O’ the Pines. You can find tent camping, RV camping, and beautiful lake cabins around the lake. Below we are going to highlight a few of the nicest campgrounds in all of East Texas.
Brushy Creek Campground
The campgrounds at Brushy Creek features RV camping, tent camping, and primitive campsites. This is a beautiful park canvased by towering pine trees with amazing views of the lake. There is good fishing from the bank within this park as well.

Johnson Creek Campground
The campground at Johnson Creek Park is one of the nicest campgrounds in Texas. This beautiful campground has 54 campsites with most having great views of Lake O’ The Pines.

Alley Creek Campground
Alley Creek Park is another beautiful park and campground located on Lake O’ The Pines. This park does not have as much of a day use area as some of the other parks so it is mostly used for camping. This park is also defined by its huge pine trees that provide plenty of shade to the park.
